Your order is a request to buy from us. Our acceptance of your request is not confirmed until we dispatch goods to you. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer name, the same credit/debit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or delivery address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgement, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase information, including billing/delivery address, telephone number and email address for all purchases made at our store so that we can complete your purchases and contact you as needed.
Dispatch and Delivery:
We will make every effort to dispatch the goods in a timely manner. If we agree with you to deliver the goods on a specified date or time, we will do our best to comply but no time given shall be treated as contractual nor shall we be liable for any inconvenience or expense you incur as a result of a delayed delivery.
7. Medical
Pregnant or lactating woman, diabetes sufferers, people with a record of kidney disease and all those under medical supervision should consult a doctor before using these products. In the event of any adverse reaction, discontinue use and consult a doctor.
Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. In accordance with your rights when you purchase goods online, unwanted products can be returned so long as you let us know you want to return them, within 14 calendar days from the day after delivery. They must include the entirety of your original order, proof of purchase, all original packaging and be in ‘as new’ condition. We do not accept part order returns. Once we have received your return or proof of return, which must be within 14 days of notifying us of your intention to return goods, we will refund the original payment method used for the value of the product and our standard delivery costs within 14 days. Any extra you have paid for expedited delivery will not be refunded. Return postage costs will be at your expense. To notify us of your wish to cancel and return goods, you may use this form here. The quickest and easiest method however, is to give us a call or send us an email. We advise you to use Royal Mail “Signed For” to return items to our address: Ultimate Detox, Unit 51, 12 South Bridge, Edinburgh, EH1 1DD, UK. We cannot be held responsible for items which go missing in the post, if you don’t use a signature on delivery service. Once you are given a tracking number by the Post Office, you can let us know and we can process your refund straight away. Your bank or card provider will determine how long the funds will take to clear your account but it is usually between 2-5 days.
In the event the goods arrive damaged or get lost in the post, we will at our sole discretion, refund or replace them. We must be notified of any damages within 5 days of receipt or we may not be able to refund/replace them. We may ask for photos to be emailed to us and we ask for your cooperation with this. Goods which arrive with minor damage will be replaced or refunded if there is a reasonable chance that they will be adversely affected by that damage. If the product you purchase is faulty, we may offer an exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your consumer rights. You must notify us of the fault within a reasonable period of time after receiving the goods.

Ultimate Commerce Ltd, its directors, employees, agents, representatives accept no responsibility for any subsequent use and application of any of these products.
